The PaintGo® PG-90E integrates seamlessly into existing spray booths without requiring structural changes. To ensure optimal operation, the following conditions should be met:
- Booth dimensions: Minimum 6.88 m (L) × 3.89 m (W) × 2.69 m (H)
- Rail system: 6,600 mm × 3,500 mm, 500 mm rail, retrofittable in standard booths
- Power supply: 220 V, 16 A, via external control unit
- Compressed air supply: ≥ 6 bar via quick-release coupling (standard/filtered)
- Network connection: Required at the booth for seamless software integration
With these requirements met, the PG-90E delivers its full performance potential: precise surface coating, rapid cycle times, and enhanced operator safety.
- PG-98E: Fully automated painting robot for vans, caravans, and light commercial vehicles (lengths approx. 5–7.5 metres), optimised for large-format applications
- 1.9 m painting arm with vertical lift column for precise 3D coating, specifically designed for side panels, superstructures, and lower body areas
- High-precision 3D vision system with dynamic path correction for automatic contour detection and consistent coating thickness
- Suitable for OEM and commercial vehicle paint lines, as well as larger body shops, for both series production and repair painting
